Defence & Government

Qualified, traceable subsystems for India's defence ecosystem.

We sell to the ecosystem that buys for defence: OEMs, integrators, DPSUs, laboratories, formations and R&D programmes.

Our role

A second source you can qualify.

Defence programmes need suppliers who can prove what they deliver. We focus on subsystems — power, energy, harnessing, mechanical interfaces, propulsion packages and underwater modules — backed by controlled revisions, serialised build records and repeatable test data.

  • Designed and assembled in India, with origin documented at the agreed BOM level
  • Customer-specific documentation and controlled document registers
  • Each product family and end use classified before any defence claim is made
Procurement routes

Different routes for different maturity levels

Direct B2B / OEM

Qualify one SKU into an OEM platform and work towards approved-vendor status.

DPM 2025 Revenue Procurement

Spares & operational components

Effective from November 2025. Ready stock and documentation for spares and smaller operational purchases.

iDEX DISC / ADITI

Technology developer / consortium partner

Subsystem partner for active defence challenge statements where our modules solve a defined problem.

ANRF MAHA Drones

Industry consortium partner

Manufacturing, integration and test translation partner for university R&D consortia.

SRIJAN / Make-II

Indigenisation supplier

Technical and commercial responses where a listed imported item matches our capability.

GeM / e-Procurement

Vendor for repeat purchasable goods

Compliant product pages and document packs for catalogued, institutional purchases.

Defence OEM / Tier-1

Tier-2 component supplier

Dual-source manufacturing and lifecycle support once QA and repeat production are established.

Policy environment

Signals we track

Status as of September 2026. Draft and proposed schemes are treated as upside, not as the basis of our plans.

DAP 2026 (draft)

Draft released February 2026 proposes 60% indigenous content for Buy (Indian-IDDM) — relevant to design ownership and domestic-content strategy.

DPM 2025

Revenue procurement framework effective November 2025, covering roughly ₹1 lakh crore of procurement.

iDEX / ADITI

DISC-14 and ADITI 4 launched March 2026; the iDEX ecosystem counted 676 startups, MSMEs and innovators.

DTIS

₹400 crore Defence Testing Infrastructure Scheme with explicit UAS testing scope.

Drone PLI 1.0

₹120 crore scheme recognising drone component manufacturing as a policy category.

Gujarat policy stack

Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026 and the Gujarat Electronics Component Manufacturing Policy-2025.

Underwater systems

UUV subsystem priorities

High-barrier subsystems for India's growing underwater vehicle ecosystem — supplied to integrators rather than competing with them.
